Unhealthy Environment for Powerless Michigan Women and Children

I think that I read somewhere that there were over eighty thousand domestic-violence calls just in one city in Michigan last year.

Part of the reason for the low regard of women and children in Michigan is the way the dominant media covers stories involving the same. And the Culture of Porn.

The only women doing well in Michigan are the Well Connected. Politically, Socially, and Financially. Gender Hores™, (i.e. powerful women who exploit lowly women to sell books, get money, "raise awareness") Blah. Blah.

Sadly, I  submit the following article analysis of the late Great Tara Grant. Mother, Daughter, Sister, etc. whom the Freep™ reduced in Headline to basically nothing more than a few body parts.

On Thursday December 13, 2007, The Detroit Free Press ran the following headline on the front page of Local News. 'Detectives found a thigh first, then head.' The body part reference is in regards to the late Tara Grant. Mother, Wife, Sister, Daughter, Business Woman, Contributor to Society. Murdered and cut to pieces, allegedly, by her husband. Her crime? None, as far as I can tell. I guess just being weaker than her allegedly(Actually, Not Allegedly) Psychotic husband. I wonder if Tara were gay, would the headline be so anti-life, anti-woman, anti-humanity? I am canceling my subscription to the freep™, because it seems that in the bid for guts and gore and gross out, they have tried to reduce Tara's life to a collection of body parts. This, in effect dehumanizes her, strips away her human dignity, and her Value as a Loving Human Being, Breadwinner, and Mother. Tara Grants herstory is now, according to freep™ reports, a collection of body parts, nanny gossip, autopsy reports, and  pathological lies. On The Front Page. I wonder why so many women stand by Silently as our lives are Devalued? As we are objectified and dehumanized? Not I. The freep™ article, written by a female, by the way, is a slap in the face to all women. It knocked me off the fence of silence. If you agree with this premise, please forward this to any "friends of women" you know. I, for the record, am not a feminist. I think women should be allowed the freedom to choose what they value in life, and pursue it, without being denigrated. Or exterminated. These are human rights issues. Not just women's and children's rights.

P.S. I will not go into the recent finding of a white female, mid-thirties, found dead, with various body parts missing in a sewer in Detroit. You do not want to know...
